The Service Business OS

Your whole business, on one operating system

Most service business software tracks tasks. This one staffs the functions: 16 modules across five departments win the work, scope it, deliver it, keep the books current and watch the margin, all reading the same clients, projects and people. Nothing gets re-explained between tools.

Every module unlocked for 14 days. Card details at checkout, nothing charged until day 14, cancel any time before then.

Five departments, 16 modules, one shared context

Every module reads the same clients, projects, people and permissions, so a brief captured in New Business becomes a scope in Delivery and a margin line in Money without anyone re-typing it.

Every module, in detail

Where it goes deeper than a tracker

Coverage is only half the argument. Three examples of the depth underneath: the Margin board, the intake engine and the Operator.

You find out a project lost money after it shipped

See margin while you can still act on it

The Margin board shows what each project is actually earning you, worst first. Quoted value against hours logged and what those hours cost, with every project banded: At risk under 15%, Thin under 30%, Healthy above. A projection shows where each one lands at the current burn.

It also flags what it does not know. Hours logged by someone with no cost rate count as free, and the board says so instead of flattering you with a margin that is not real.

Your books get reconstructed in a panic every month-end

Feed it the paperwork you already have

Drop in bank statements, payroll sheets, invoices and timesheets as CSV, TSV, TXT and PDF. It learns each format once, checks that opening balance plus transactions equals closing balance, and sends anything uncertain to a review queue, one question at a time.

Nothing is written silently. Every import is a dry-run preview first, every import can be undone per document, and scanned PDFs are refused with an explanation rather than guessed at.

Answering 'who owes us money' means opening four tools

Ask the workspace, get a sourced answer

Press Cmd-K anywhere and ask in plain language: which projects are losing money, who owes us money, who is free next week, what needs my attention. The Operator reads across departments and answers in seconds.

It is read-only by design, shows every source it checked so you can verify the answer, and respects your workspace permissions on every lookup.

Questions the Operator answers today

These are the app's real seeded suggestions, not marketing examples. Each answer lists the departments it read.

Every plan runs the full OS, so the only decision is how much you use it. Try all of it before you decide.
