How usage works
Priced per action, not per seat
AI work draws down your allowance in proportion to how much work it is. A quick job evaluation costs little, a full project breakdown costs more. Everyday use of the workspace itself (viewing boards, logging time, editing projects) does not draw on it.
Shared across the workspace
The allowance belongs to the workspace, not to individuals. Anyone with a seat can run any module, and the whole team draws from the same pool, so one heavy week for one person does not need a plan change.
Higher plans mean more usage, not more modules
Basic, Plus and Max all run the same full OS. Plus gives you 3x more usage than Basic, and Max gives you 4x more usage than Basic, for teams doing more work each month.
Running out is not lockout
If the allowance runs dry, AI actions pause until it resets or you move to a larger plan. Your data, your projects and every manual workflow keep working. You are never locked out of your own books.
