What's the difference between Basic, Plus and Max?
Usage, and only usage. Every plan includes every module across all five departments, so nothing is gated behind a higher tier. Plus gives you 3x more usage than Basic, and Max gives you 4x more usage than Basic, for teams running more work at once.
What happens when I run out of usage for the month?
AI actions pause until your monthly allowance resets or you move to a plan with more headroom. Nothing else stops: your data, your projects and every manual workflow stay fully available. You are never locked out of your own books because an allowance ran dry.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans differ by usage, not by which modules you get, so moving up or down does not change how anything works. Move up when you need more headroom, move down if you do not.
