Subscriptions and the free trial

If you subscribed in the iPhone app, manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings. If you subscribed in the Android app, manage it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, manage it from Settings → Billing in the web app.

Cancel before the 14-day trial ends and you won't be charged.

Joining your team

If someone invited you, sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to — the app shows the invitation and you can join from there.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This deletes your login. Your firm's workspace and its data stay with the workspace; to have a workspace deleted, email us from the owner's address.
