What shipped recently

The OS is early, so there are no version numbers or release dates to report yet. These are the recent milestones, newest first. Dated entries start when customers do.

  1. Margin board

Live profitability per project, sorted worst first, with At risk, Thin and Healthy bands, projections at the current burn, and confidence flags that call out missing data (no price set, missing cost rates, mixed currencies) instead of flattering the number.

  2. Intake engine with PDF support

Bank statements, payroll, invoices and timesheets in CSV, TSV, TXT and PDF. It learns each format once, checks the arithmetic, routes anything uncertain to a one-question-at-a-time review queue, and previews every import as a dry run with per-document undo.

  3. The Operator

A Cmd-K assistant across the whole workspace. Read-only by design: it can look things up but not change anything, shows every source it checked, and respects workspace permissions on every lookup.

  4. Department navigation

The app reorganised around five departments (New Business, Delivery, Money, People, Brain), so the sidebar reads like an org chart instead of a feature list.

  5. Plan structure

Three plans locked for launch: Basic, Plus and Max, each with the full service business OS. Higher tiers add usage headroom, not modules, with one credit allowance covering every module.

The next entry is the launch

Start the trial and you are on the current build the day it ships, with no upgrade step to take.

Every module unlocked for 14 days. Card details at checkout, nothing charged until day 14, cancel any time before then.
