MoneyTakes on the work of: Bookkeeper

Books that are current in week two, not rebuilt in week five

Multi-currency income, expenses, invoices and cash flow, in the same workspace as your projects and people. Fed by Intake, read by Margin, and current all month instead of reconstructed at the end of it.

Free plan at launch. No card, and one email, when it opens.

Month end is a symptom

The month-end scramble exists because the books live outside the business: in a separate tool, updated in batches, by whoever has time. The numbers are always a few weeks old, so every decision runs on memory.

Accounting lives inside the same workspace as your clients, projects and team. Invoices are raised against real work, expenses land as they happen, and cash flow is something you can look at, not something you compile.

Because every module reads the same context, the books are not just a record. Margin uses them to price your hours, and the Operator answers who owes us money from them.

How it works

1

Record money as it moves

Income, expenses and invoices, in any currency, typed or spoken. Voice entry catches the expense before the receipt goes missing.

2

Or feed it documents

Intake reads bank statements, payroll and invoices from the exports you already have, and asks when it is not sure.

3

Watch cash flow, not your inbox

What came in, what went out, what is owed. Continuously current, because entries land when the money moves.

4

Let the rest of the OS read it

Margin prices projects from the same books. No exports, no re-typing, no version of the truth per tool.

What it covers

Multi-currency throughout

Income, expenses, invoices and cash flow all handle multiple currencies, because agency money rarely stays in one.

Invoices tied to work

Invoices are raised in the same workspace as the projects they bill, so what you invoiced and what you delivered stay in one place.

Voice entry

Say the expense and it is recorded. The fastest path from money spent to money logged.

2FA, enforced on the server

Accounting can require a second factor per person. Your books are nobody's business but yours.

Where it sits

Accounting is part of the Money department of the Agency OS. Included from the Studio plan. One credit allowance covers every module, so there is no per-agent pricing and no surprise line items.

Questions owners ask

Does it handle more than one currency?

Yes. Income, expenses, invoices and cash flow are multi-currency, which matters when your clients pay in one currency and your team is paid in another.

What is voice entry?

Say the entry instead of typing it. It is the fastest way to record an expense in the moment, before the receipt disappears into a pocket.

Who can see the books?

Only the people you choose. Accounting can require a second factor per person, enforced on the server, and role-based permissions decide who can open the books at all.

Do I have to type everything in?

No. The Intake module reads bank statements, payroll sheets, invoices and timesheets from the files your bank already emits, checks the arithmetic, and asks about anything it is not sure of. Manual entry always remains available.
