Use of Service
- • You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use the Service
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- • You may not use the Service for illegal purposes
- • You may not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- • You may not resell access to the Service without permission
Credits and Billing
Credits: AI operations consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation.
Rollover: Unused credits roll over on paid plans. Free plan credits don't refresh.
Refunds: Paid plans may be cancelled anytime. Refunds are prorated for annual plans.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
Our Service: The Service, including AI agents and tools, is our intellectual property.
Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation.
AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before use. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dev Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
